Happy Friday everyone! As we look forward to the weekend ahead, I found myself contemplating a backpacking trip I took in mid September several years ago in the Eastern Sierra in California. It was several miles up to a high valley with a number of lakes, and I found an out of the way spot to camp at around 11,000 feet. When I awoke the next morning, the air was crystal clear, the sky was deep blue, and their was hardly a sound. What a beautiful spot it was, and how fortunate I was to be there.
This photo was constructed from 4 individual shots from a Nikon dSLR camera. I hope you enjoy it. Also, please stay tuned… as I mentioned recently, there’s news coming soon about improvements to my website, just in time to share prints of beautiful outdoor scenes like this with your friends and family for the holidays. 🤠
Have a great weekend!
